‘Lock’ button is just to show the user that the entry they have made in the page is being saved and no further charges can be made in the same. Unless the entry is locked it cannot be used for future purpose.

To see salary details on dashboard make sure you have correct salary code that establishment data entry operator entered. If not then you have to contact your administration.

No, a retired employee cannot login using his PMIS code.
Employee should have name of the department, PMIS Code (Login ID) and Password.
Employees can use the Know Your PMIS ID option to search PMIS Code or contact your Establishment Office.
