‘Lock’ button is just to show the user that the entry they have made in the page is being saved and no further charges can be made in the same. Unless the entry is locked it cannot be used for future purpose.
Yes, but each code will be assigned to a different employee.
Every user has the option “update contact details” in their profile. Login :>> my profile :>> update contact details :>> update the details and then click on update details.
Users can view ‘My Profile’ option when they will login into their account. The various forms given under the option ‘My Profile’ is given below:>> (Employee dashboard, View Service Book, Update contact detail, upload scanned signature, Upload Training Detail, upload document, Update Exam passed detail, Update password, Update Reporting Officer and Online Transfer/Promotion Request)
To see salary details on dashboard make sure you have correct salary code that establishment data entry operator entered. If not then you have to contact your administration.
Establishment data entry operator is responsible for registration of a new employee.
Roles can be assigned by 10000 (head office administrator) or by nodal officer on district level. Login :>> initialization :>> office administrator :>> Assign role (permission)
No, a retired employee cannot login using his PMIS code.
